Panasonic launched its P9 smartphone with Android 7.0 Nougat priced at Rs 6, 290 in India on Wednesday. The smartphone will come in Champagne Gold and Black colours only.

Panasonic launched its P9 smartphone with Android 7.0 Nougat priced at Rs 6, 290 in India on Wednesday. The smartphone will come in Champagne Gold and Black colours only.

The Panasonic P9 sports a 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737M SoC clocked at 1.1GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM. 

P9 comes with 8-megapixel primary rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel camera at front with an f/2.4 aperture.

As far as the memory is considered the smartphone has 16GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 32GB. For connectivity options, the Panasonic P9 smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, and FM. The smartphone is powered by 2210mAh battery and weighs 144 grams.

Some of the additional features include, a 'Quick Switching' feature that allows users to shuffle between the most recently used apps. Further, the smartphone comes with Quick Reply' feature that allows users to reply to messages directly from the notification without opening the full-scale app.
