Chinese smartphone maker Realme launched the Realme U1 in India earlier this month. The handset’s 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant is now available in open sale for the first time in India on Amazon. The key features of the Realme U1 is its waterdrop notch, up to 4GB of RAM, 25-megapixel front camera and AI Face Unlock feature. In September, the company had launched Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1.

Realme U1 launch offers
Realme U1 offers include Zero Cost EMI up to 6 months across BFL and HDFC Debit Cards as well as all leading bank credit cards. Amazon India has listed an exchange offer of up to Rs. 10,700. There is also no cost EMI option, benefits worth 5,750 and up to 4.2TB of 4G data from Reliance Jio on prepaid recharges of Rs. 198 and Rs. 299.
Realme U1 specifications:
Realme U1 comes with 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio, 2.5D curved glass, Gorilla Glass 3, a pixel density of 409ppi, and a peak brightness of 450 nits.
Realme U1 is equipped with 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage options, expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). The smartphone will ship with ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Realme U1 is fuelled by a 3,500mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS, micro-USD port, OTG support, and 3.5mm audio jack.
On the camera front, there is a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with a f/2.4 aperture, coupled with an LED flash
For selfies, there is a 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor with a f/2.0 aperture, 1.8-micron pixels, and 4-in-1 pixels tech.
The smartphone is available in Ambitious Black, Brave Blue and Fiery Gold colour variants.
