Chinese smartphone maker Realme launched the Realme U1 in India last week. The handset is on sale for the first time in India. The sale will go live from November 5 at 12 pm on Amazon India and Realme.com. The key features of the Realme U1 is its waterdrop notch, up to 4GB of RAM, 25-megapixel front camera and AI Face Unlock feature. In September, the company had launched Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1.
Realme U1 launch offers
Realme U1 buyers can avail, 5 per cent extra cashback on purchases made through SBI credit cards. There is also no cost EMI option, benefits worth 5,750 and up to 4.2TB of 4G data from Reliance Jio on prepaid recharges of Rs. 198 and Rs. 299.

Realme U1 specifications
Realme U1 comes with 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio, 2.5D curved glass, Gorilla Glass 3, a pixel density of 409ppi, and a peak brightness of 450 nits.
Realme U1 is equipped with 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage options, expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). The smartphone will ship with ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Realme U1 is fuelled by a 3,500mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS, micro-USD port, OTG support, and 3.5mm audio jack.

On the camera front, there is a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with a f/2.4 aperture, coupled with an LED flash
For selfies, there is a 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor with a f/2.0 aperture, 1.8-micron pixels, and 4-in-1 pixels tech.
The smartphone is available in Ambitious Black, Brave Blue and Fiery Gold colour variants.
