In recent times, the Realme X has become one of the most anticipated smartphones. Isn’t it? The smartphone was launched a few months ago in China and it brings some premium features in Rs 20,000 category. The key highlights of Realme X is a fullscreen display, a pop-up selfie camera, Snapdragon 710 SoC, among others. It is to be noted that the smartphone is slated to launch in India later this year. In the meantime, the Spiderman Edition of the Realme X has been launched in China at a price of 1,799 Tuan (approximately Rs 18,063).

The Realme X Spiderman Edition is only available in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and it will go sale from July 9 onwards. Interestingly, the special edition has been done to celebrate the launch of Spiderman: Far From Home. The Realme X Spiderman Edition only comes in the Pearl White variant.

Realme X: Specification

The Realme X is equipped with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. It also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The dimensions of the handset is 161.2x76.9x9.4mm and it weighs 191 grams.

The Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and comes in a total of three variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.

Coming to the optics, the Realme X packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture that is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.

Other features Realme X nclude a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos support, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS.

On the competition front, the Realme X is up against Redmi K20 in the Indian market after the launch.
