Soon after the launch of Realme X, it became one of the most anticipated smartphones. Recently, Realme X was made available for purchase in offline stores. However, the next online sale of the smartphone will began on August 7 this year. Good news, isn’t it? The key features in the Realme includes a snapdragon 710 SoC, pop-up selfie camera, 48-megapixel primary shooter on the back, and a 6.53-inch full-HD+ screen.
According to a listing on Flipkart and Realme's own website, Realme X will be going up for online sale on 7 August next. It is to be worth mentioning here that on the same day Vivo is scheduled to launch the new Vivo S1 smartphone in India.
Realme X: Specification
The Realme X is equipped with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. It also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The dimensions of the handset is 161.2x76.9x9.4mm and it weighs 191 grams.
The Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and comes in a total of three variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.
Coming to the optics, the Realme X packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture that is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.
Other features Realme X nclude a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos support, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS.
On the competition front, the Realme X will be up against Redmi K20 in the Indian market after the launch.
Realme X: Price & Sale offers
The 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option of Realme X costs Rs 16,999, while the price for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the smartphone is set at Rs 19,999. The Spider-Man edition Realme X is only available in the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant which is priced at Rs 20,999.
The smartphone comes in Polar White and Space Blue colour options. The Master edition of the smartphone will be available in two design variants i.e. onion and garlic and one storage variant of 8 GB + 128 GB, and it is priced at Rs 19,999.
As far as offers are concerned, Realme X buyers will get a 10 per cent instant discount.
