Redmi 8

Redmi 8 sports a 6.22-inch HD+ Dot Notch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

On the imaging front, Redmi 8 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup that houses a 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel camera sensor at the front. The dual rear camera setup is preloaded AI Portrait and AI Scene Detection features. The phone is also touted to recognise 33 scene categories, including six India-specific categories.

The price for Redmi 8 in India has been set at Rs 7,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. On the other hand, the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of Redmi 8 costs Rs 8,999. However, for the first five million units, the device with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant will be available with an introductory price of Rs 7,999.

Redmi 8 is available in Oynx Black, Ruby Red and Sapphire Blue colour options. It also has a splash-resistant P2i coating on top.

Realme 3i

Realme 3i is equipped with a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, 19:9 aspect ratio. It also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and has an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 2.0GHz octa-core processor. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie, which is based on ColorOS 6.0. The phone measures 156.1 x 75.6 x 8.3 mm and the weight is 175 grams.

Both the variants can be expanded to 256GB via micro sd card. On the optics front, the device houses a dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels.

Realme 3i packs a 4230mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the device supports Bluetooth 4.2, 4G LTE, GPS, Wifi, GLONASS, micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.

The base variant is priced at Rs 7,999 while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant costs Rs 9,999.

The Realme 3i comes with three colour options i.e. Black, Blue, and Red.

Infinix S4

Infinix S4 features a 6.21-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 89 percent screen ratio, and 2.5D curved glass display protection. It runs on Android Pie-based XOS 5.0. 

The dual-SIM Infinix S4 is powered by the 2GHz MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor with up to 4GB RAM. Storage can be expanded further using a dedicated microSD card (up to 256GB).

On the imaging front, Infinix S4 comes equipped with the triple rear camera setup. It houses a primary 13-megapixel snapper with f/1.8 aperture, another 8-megapixel 120 degrees ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a last 2-megapixel camera. On the front, the smartphone houses 32-megapixel shooter.

The device measures 156x75x7.9mm and it weighs 155 grams. The smartphone packs a 4,000mAh battery.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) IPS Full View display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with Adreno 509 GPU and up to 6GB RAM. 

The device also has up to 64GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card.

On the imagining front, the smartphone comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup. The 3GB and 4GB RAM versions of the smartphone carry a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 lens and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing secondary image sensor, while the 6GB RAM variant comes with 16-megapixel primary shooter in place of the 13-megapixel shooter. On the front, it houses a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies.
