Xiomi on Tuesday launched one of the much awaited smartphone Redmi K20. The smartphone is being promoted as ‘Flagship Killer 2.0’ by the Xiomi and it will take on OnePlus 7 and Realme X in the Indian market. The OnePlus 7 comes in two variants i.e. 6GB RAM and 128GB at Rs 32,999, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant will cost Rs 37,999 in India, while the prices of Redmi K20 and Realme X are yet to be announced.

OnePlus 7
The OnePlus 7 gets dual-SIM (Nano) and runs OxygenOS based on Android 9.0 Pie. It has a 6.41-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) Optic AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, a pixel density of 402ppi, and support for sRGB and DCI-P3 colour gamuts. The phone’s display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 855 and gets RAM Boost. The handset also gets dual-stereo speakers for the first time with dual Dolby Atmos.
As far as the optics are concerned, the OnePlus 7 sports a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor as its primary camera, with an f/1.7 aperture, 1.6-micron pixels (4-in-1), optical image stabilisation (OIS), electronic image stabilisation (EIS), and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). The secondary camera features a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and 1.12-micron pixels. The rear camera setup is accompanied by a dual-LED flash module.
On the other hand, the smartphone has 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor on the front. The selfie camera sensor has 1-micron pixels, an f/2.0 aperture, and EIS.
Connectivity options on the OnePlus 7 include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C (v3.1 Gen 1) port that also doubles as the headphone port. It runs on a 3,700mAh battery. The OnePlus 7 further gets a Fast Charge.
Redmi K20
Promoted as ‘Flagship Killer 2.0’, the Redmi K20 will come with 6.39-inch AMOLED-full HD display with 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The phone further features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication.
The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730. It will be available in two variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The Redmi K20 sports triple camera setup at the back with one being a 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor coupled with 13 MP and 8 MP camera lens. For selfies, it has a 20 MP pop out camera with AI technology.
The smartphone is fuelled by a 4000mAh battery with fast-charging technology. It is to be noted that this handset can be a good option as it has Game Turbo 2.0 for gaming purposes.
Realme X
The Realme X is equipped with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. Like Redmi K20, it also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The dimensions of the handset is 161.2x76.9x9.4mm and it weighs 191 grams.
The Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC and comes in a total of three variants with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.
Coming to the optics, the Realme X packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture that is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front.
Other features Realme X nclude a USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos support, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS.
