Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will go on sale today for the first time in India. Xiaomi launched the smartphone in the national capital on Thursday. Redmi Note 6 Pro will be available on Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi home stores. The company has revealed that the smartphone will soon be made available via Mi Stores across the country. Earlier, the smartphone was launched in Thailand and Singapore.

Redmi Note 6 Pro price in India starts at Rs 13,999 for the variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, Xiaomi India chief Manu Jain revealed at the launch event. The variant with 6GB of RAM is priced at Rs. 15,999.
Redmi Note 6 Pro launch offers
Redmi Note 6 Pro on its first day of sales, called the Black Friday Sale by Xiaomi, will have a Rs 1,000 discount, bringing its price down to Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 14,999 for the two variants, respectively.
Reliance is offering Rs 2,400 Jio Cashback on customers opting for a Rs. 299 plan (24 Rs 100 vouchers). Jio subscribers will also have the option to get double data benefits on 4 recharges of Rs 198 and plans, until June 2019.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro specifications
Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 6.26-inch FHD+ display and a screen aspect ratio of 19:9. The display is layered with Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The smartphone has an aluminium body.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will come with up to 6GB of RAM. The smartphone will ship with MIUI 10 based on Android Oreo.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery claimed to offer two days of usage under heavy usage. It also supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro will come with dual SIM support along with dual 4G VoLTE support. The smartphone also features Wi-Fi passthrough which will allow usage of Wi-Fi on multiple devices through one login.
On the camera front, the smartphone features a quad-camera setup with 12-megapixel with f/1.9 aperture. There’s a 5-megapixel depth sensor. It has f/1.9 wider aperture, 1.4 micron pixel size, and dual pixel autofocus, as well as electronic image stabilisation. For selfies, the smartphone features a combination of 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras coupled with 4-in-1 super pixel and AI face unlock capabilities.
