Ever since Reliance Jio came into existence, the telecom industry in India has not been the same. The companies are leaving no stone unturned in offering great deals to the customers in order increase their subscriber share.

Users have benefitted largely due to change in the strategy by the telecom companies which now offers unlimited voice calling with high-speed data at cheap rates.

There are several prepaid recharge options available under Rs 200 for the customers:

Reliance Jio (Rs 149 and Rs 198 plan) – Under Rs 149 plan, Jio users gets 1.5GB of data per day with a validity of 28 days. The plan also offers unlimited voice calls with 100 free SMS per day

In the Rs 198 plan, Jio offers 2GB high-speed data per day for 28 days, which makes it 56GB of data in total. The users also enjoy unlimited voice calls with 100 free SMS per day.

Airtel (Rs 199 plan) – This plan offers 1.4GB of 4G data for a period of 28 days with unlimited local, STD and national roaming calls. It also offers 100 free SMS per day.

Earlier, Rs 199 plan offered 1GB of high-speed data which has been now revised.

Vodafone (Rs 198 plan) – Under this plan, Vodafone users get 1.4GB of high-speed data for 28 day, making it a total of 39.2GB It also offers unlimited local, STD and roaming calling with 100 free SMS per day.

Idea (Rs 199 plan) – In the plan, Idea cellular offers 1.4GB of 2G/3G/4G data per day for a validity period od 28 days. The users also get unlimited voice calls and 100 local and national SMS per day.

BSNL (Rs 118 and 186 plan) – Under Rs 118 plan, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) offers unlimited calling along with Personalised Ring Back Tone (PRBT). The user also gets 1GB of high-speed data for 28 days.

In the Rs 186 plan, BSNL offers unlimited data along with unlimited calls for 28 days. The user gets 1GB of high-speed data and speed of 40kbps beyond the limit. This plan is not valid in Delhi and Mumbai circles.

It will be interesting to see how the telecom industry further tranform itself in order to survive in the Indian market.
