Samsung has officially launched two new mid-range flagship smartphones Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus in their home market, South Korea. However, the smartphones are yet to hit the Indian markets.
The smartphone will be available from early January in South Korea in four exciting colours including Black, Orchid Grey, Gold and Blue colour options.
The main attraction of the phone is its dual-lens cameras in the front which are useful in creating clear portrait shots to close-ups with background blur.
It consists of a 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture. In the rear, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel camera lens with LED Flash.
It is first-time that Samsung has come up with dual-camera lens in the front.
After Galaxy S8, Samsung has again come up with Infinity Display in Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus. Galaxy A8 will feature 5.6-inch Full HD AMOLED display while Galaxy A8 Plus comes with 6-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 2220x1080 pixels.
The newly launched smartphones will arrive in two storage options, 4GB with 32GB internal storage and 6GB with 64GB internal storage.
Talking about their battery-life, Galaxy A8 to have 3000mAh battery and Galaxy A8+ has a 3500 mAh battery.
