Days long wait will come to an end as South Korean multinational company Samsung is all set to add a couple of appealing devices to its much-loved Galaxy S series on Sunday.
Gadget freaks will get to see the mouth-watering Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at MWC 2018 on February 25. Meanwhile, ahead of the launch the much-awaited devices have been subjected to a plethora of leaks.
Going by the rumours, both Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ borrowed a lot of features, specifications and designs from its forerunner Galaxy S8 range.
Moreover, the cost of Galaxy S9 has become the talk of the town hours before its launch and tech savvies are going gaga over a few leaks, surfaced online on recent days.
Meanwhile, a leaflet, first appeared on Reddit allegedly showcases the prices of upcoming Galaxy S9 and S9+. While Galaxy S9 is expected to be available for EUR 849 (roughly Rs 67,700), Galaxy S9+ might be priced at EUR 1,000 (roughly Rs 79,800).
Quite interestingly, both the leaked prices are much similar with the prediction of that tipster Evan Blass, revealed last week.
According to Blass Galaxy S9 would carry a price tag of EUR 841 (roughly Rs. 67,100) while Galaxy S9+ will be available Rs EUR 997 (roughly Rs. 79,500) in unnamed European markets.
Apart from the price details, speculations have been also rife that, both Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be available in market just a week after their launch. There are also reports that pre-booking for both the devices will start right after the launch event on February 25 while some different sources suggest February 28 as the starting date of pre-orders.
Though confusions are still prevailing regarding the availability of Galaxy S9 and S9+ in India, e-commerce giant Flipkart has already listed a product page for the much-anticipated devices.
However, Galaxy S9 and S9+ are said to be the top-end Android phones from Samsung this year and are expected to hit shelves by the second week of March positively.
Check out the expected features and specifications here:
Design:
Users and fans of Samsung may not have much reasons to cheer when it comes to the design as Samsung has kept things quiet as the focus is on the internals rather external.
