Tweeter is experimenting a new feature which goes by the name, “tweetstorm,” for Android users which will allow users to draft a string of tweets and send them all at once. This will allow the user to express his/her opinions where 140 characters is a big limitation. It is one of those R&D which the micro blogging site has not made public. Simply put a tweetstorm will consist of a thread of conversation that will automatically split a long expression into individual tweets. A renowned gizmo enthusiast Matt Navarra first broke the news on twitter about this ongoing R&D.

The issue of expansion of characters have often been discussed in the meeting rooms of Twitter offices but nothing has come out as of yet.
