The Unicode Consortium has released an update on Friday on the Emojis which is expected to be added to Unicode 12 and released in the year 2019. It is reported that Emoji including a service dog, deaf person and more than 50 combination of couples with different skin tone and gender. This is only a draft which was shared by the company on their Twitter account. However, any final and official confirmation is yet to be made. 

Meanwhile, few suggestions for the 2020 were also announced on Friday which includes military helmet. Ninja, mammoth, feather, dodo, magic wand, yawning face, carpentry saw, and screwdriver.

The final vote will happen in the month of September, according to which the list of new Emoji get finalised to be released in the first quarter of 2019.

There are a total of 61 new Emoji which includes 179 different variants.

Although, Apple usually waits until the fall to introduce the new Emoji to iOS every year. For Example, Apple will update the latest Unicode 11 on its iOS 12 on this fall.

It is expected that the company will bring the Unicode 12 on its latest software on the fall of 2019.
