Back in October this year, Vivo Y11 (2019) had gone official in Vietnam at VND 2,990,000 (approx. Rs 9,200) for the lone 3GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration. Now, the smartphone maker is all set to launch the Vivo Y11 (2019) in the Indian market. The key features on the newly-launched smartphone include a waterdrop-style display, dual rear camera setup, and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, among others.
According to a report of NDTV’s Gadgets 360, Vivo Y11 (2019) will be launched in India soon. Meanwhile, a separate 91Mobiles report claimed that the Vivo’s upcoming phone will be priced at Rs 8,990 in India. It is worth mentioning here that Vivo Y11 (2019) comes in Red Coral and Green Jade colour options. The company is yet to reveal the pricing, market availability, and launch details of Vivo Y11 (2019).
Vivo Y11 (2019): Specifications
Vivo Y11 (2019) measures 159.43x76.77x8.92mm and weighs 190.5 grams. It features a 6.35-inch HD+ (720x1544 pixels) display with the waterdrop-style notch. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano) technology and runs Android 9 Pie with FuntouchOS 9.1 on top. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, coupled with 3GB of RAM.
On the imaging front, Vivo Y11 (2019) comes equipped with the dual rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Also, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front with an f/1.8 lens on top. Vivo Y11’s back camera has artificial intelligence (AI) technology support. Additionally, there are preloaded camera modes such as HDR and Panorama among others.
The smartphone gets 32GB of onboard storage. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on the Vivo Y11 (2019) include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. The smartphone also has a fingerprint sensor at the back. It packs a 5,000mAh battery.
