Vodafone has rolled out a new prepaid plan of Rs 349 to counter its rivals Airtel and Reliance Jio. In the plan, Vodafone will offer 3GB high-speed data to its prepaid users.
Recently, Vodafone launched a prepaid plan of Rs 569 which also offers 3GB data for a validity of 84 days. However, the new Rs 349 pack provides the same per day data limit but for a validity of 28 days only.
Since Reliance Jio entered the telecom sector, competition amongst the companies has immensely increased. The service providers are leaving no stone unturned in providing more high-speed data along with unlimited calling to its users at less price.
Under the Rs 349 plan, Vodafone gives 3GB 4G data along with unlimited calling across India plus 100 SMS per day for a validity of 28 days.

Earlier, Vodafone had a prepaid plan of Rs 348 which offered 2.5GB per day along with free voice calls with a validity period of 28 days.
The plan is introduced to counter its rivals Reliance Jio and Airtel, which offers Rs 299 and Rs 349 plan with 3GB daily data limit.
On one hand, Airtel’s Rs 349 plan offers 3GB data per day along with free voice call and 100 SMS daily with a validity of 28 days. On the other hand, Reliance Jio comes with Rs 299 plan which offers the same benefits at cheaper price plus Jio suite of Apps.
Talking about Vodafone’s 2GB per day validity plan, the service provider also rolled out Rs 511 pack with a validity period of 84 days.
