Xiaomi set to launch Mi Mix 2 in India today: Check out features, price, availability of smartphone

Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi Mix 2 at an event in New Delhi, India on Tuesday. Flipkart has revealed that the phone will be exclusively available on its platform in the country.

Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 specifications

The new Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 comes with a bezel-less display. Further, the phone will come with a 5.99 inch QuadHD IPS LCD display. The device features 18:9 aspect ratio with a slimmer chin. 

A major highlight of the phone is 'hidden sound-guided speaker' that resonates sound through the display and frame, completely hiding the speaker itself.

Further, the smartphone also consists of face recognition technology.

Some other features include – dual SIM support (Nano-SIM), a Snapdragon 660 SoC, 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM, dual rear camera setup (two 12-megapixel sensors, one with a f/1.8 wide-angle lens and the other with a f/2.6 telephoto lens, offering 4-axis OIS), a 16-megapixel front camera with 2-micron pixels.

Moreover, it constitutes of 128GB of inbuilt storage and isn't expandable via microSD card. The phone also includes a 3500mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11c, Bluetooth v 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C.

Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 price 

The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 was unveiled in three RAM and storage variants - 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage at CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 32,300), 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage at CNY 3,599 (roughly Rs. 35,300) and 6GB RAM/ 256GB storage at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 39,200).
