After launching a series of Redmi series now Chinese company Xiaomi may team up with Google for launching their latest smartphone- Xiaomi A1.
According to the leaked information, the Android One phone has made up by a combination of both Xiaomi and Google. Google has designed its software system.
The phone has a dual camera as well as unlimited storage on Google Photos and it also has a 5.5-inch full HD display. It is going to be the first device, to carry the mid level hardware on Android One devices.
This is not the first time Xiaomi is working with Google, most notably the Mi Box Android TV set-top box that is sold in the Us was also the combination of both companies.
The latest Android One smartphone will likely sell in emerging markets such as India, which is already a Xiaomi bastion. As Google services are blocked in China so it won't be launch in home country China.
The A1 smartphone will make little sense in China but definitely, India will be a great market.
According to this report, this Android One smartphone will be based on the Mi 5X which is also known as mini Mi 6 from Xiaomi, which was announced just last month. Xiaomi A1 will have same features of Mi 5X and same hardware.
The Mi 5X bears a 5-megapixel front camera with real-time beautification.The Xiaomi Mi 5X also comes with a high-quality audio output with DHS Audio Calibration Algorithm and a standalone audio amplifier for improved quality via headphones.
It is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506GPU and backed by a 3,800mAh battery.
The Mi 5X comes with 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage which is further expandable by up to 128GB.The Mi5X runs Android Nougat-based MIUI9.
On the design part, it is likely to emulate the iPhone 7 Plus and come in Black, Gold, and Rose Gold colour options and a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
