Multinational tech company, Apple Inc, launched some new phones and gadgets in the year 2017. For Apple, the year had been of highs and lows, which it overcame in the end.
Apple Inc launched three new iPhones, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, in 2017.

With some new features to the three phones, Apple engulfed its new updates in the new phones. Here is a look at the new devices that Apple launched this year.

Apple iPhone 8 was launched in September 2017 with a display screen of 4.7-inch and a resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels. At a price of Rs 54,890, the iPhone 8 is powered by hexa-core Apple A11 Bionic processor and comes with a 2 GB RAM. It packs 64 GB of internal storage that cannot be expanded further. On the camera front, the iPhone 8 has a 12-mp primary camera lens and a 7-mp secondary camera lens. The phone runs on iOS 11 and is backed by 1821 mAH non-removable battery and has a single SIM slot. The phone’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and 4G with LTE support.

The Apple iPhone 8 Plus was subsequently launched in September along with the launch of iPhone 8 and more or less carries the same features as that of iPhone 8. The phone has a display of 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The price of the device in India starts at Rs 65,999. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus runs on hexa-core Apple A11 Bionic processor and comes with a RAM of 3 GB. The phone has a 64 GB internal memory which is unexpandable. The camera front is same as iPhone 8 Plus with a rear camera of 12-mp and a front camera of 7-mp. Running on iOS 11, the iPhone 8 Plus includes connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and Bluetooth, and 3G and 4G with LTE connectivity.

The highest priced phone in the iPhone series is the new iPhone X which was launched in September this year. It has a 5.8-inch display screen and is priced at Rs 87,399. The phone runs on Apple A11 Bionic processor and comes with a 3 GB RAM. Packing an internal storage of 64 GB, which cannot be expanded, the phone has a primary camera of 12-mp and a secondary camera of 7-mp. The phone runs on iOS 11 and is powered by a 2716 mAH non removable battery. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G-4G LTE connection.
