Tax Relief For Auto Sector: Govt May Reduce GST From 28% To 18%

Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Arjun Ram Meghwal hinted that the government may reduce GST of crisis-hit automobile industry from 28% to 18%. Earlier, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari ensured the all-possible support from the government, including taking up the demand of GST reduction with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
