59 children die after ‘chamki fever’ strikes Bihar’s Muzaffarpur

At least 59 children died and several fell sick after chamki fever (Brain fever or encephalitis) stroke Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district. State Health Minister Mangal Pandey visited the Muzaffarpur. However, it seems that the local administration so far failed to deal with the disease. Here’s the ground report.
