After TMC, Congress decides to skip PM Modi's all-party meet today

Congress has decided to boycott PM Modi's all-party meet. Earlier, TMC made it clear that it will not be participating in the meeting. PM Modi has invited the presidents of all the parties having representatives in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for a meeting.
