Air India staffer assault case: Gaikwad cries foul, says Delhi Police 'wrongly' charged him under sec. 308

'Arrogant' Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad on Thursday reached to parliament for the first time after he assaulted Air India staffer. Gaikwad took a charter plan to reach Delhi as he has been barred by several airlines to travel on their flights. Speaking in the parliament about the incident Gaikwad said Air India officer misbehaved with him and he is ready to apologise in the Parliament but not to the staffer he assaulted.
