Air strikes were solely for political gains: Farooq Abdullah
Politics on the air strikes is not dying down, National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Monday made his entry in the political controversy around the strike across LoC on February 26. The former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir said that the air strike was solely made for political gains. Without naming PM Modi, Abdullah said that he (PM Modi) made such atmosphere that no one can protect India but he can (PM Modi).
Earlier, he targeted Election Commission saying environment is conducive for Lok Sabha polls but not state polls in Jammu and Kashmir.
