Bhubaneshwar: Man Threatens To Commit Suicide Atop Building, Rescued

A man climbed atop a Library on the premises of Utkal University in Bhuwaneshwar and threatened to commit suicide. He was finally been rescued after a three-hour long operation by the fire services personnel and police teams.
