Speaking to News Nation, BJP leader Vinay Sahasrabuddhe said that it is the Congress which has been used to bringing laws in the night. Congress brought emergency in the night and we (BJP) do not do it. On the question of whether the bill had to be sent to committees for discussion, he said that nothing of that sort was decided.
