Breaking: Weather Department issues heavy rain alert in 15 states

Rain wreaked havoc in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan but major parts of India are still waiting for monsoon. The Weather Department issued an alert of heavy rains in 15 states between July 8 to July 11, including Delhi-NCR. Watch the full reports.
