Budget session 2018: President Ram Nath Kovind says government is striving hard to empower weaker sections

President Ram Nath Kovind opened the budget session with his first joint Assembly address. Kovind said that the government of India is striving hard to empower the weaker sections of the society. He added that it's the responsibility of fellow Indians to make the country totally clean by the time India celebrates the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
