Budget session 2018: Vice-President Venkaiah Nadu says dream of new India does not belong to one political party

Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu delivered the English version of the Presidential address to joint session of both the houses on Monday. He said, ''Dream of a New India does not belong to one political party or organization. It is an embodiment of the aspirations and expectations of 130 crore countrymen. To fulfil this dream, we all have to work together with complete dedication''.
