Cauvery row: Buses, trucks from Tamil Nadu heading to Karnataka stopped at Hosur border

Amid protests across the state, Karnataka on Wednesday started releasing Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu after the Supreme Court's directive asking it to release 15,000 cusecs per day to the neighbouring state for ten days.
