China protests PM Narendra Modi's visit to Arunachal Pradesh

China voiced its 'firm opposition to the visit of PM Narendra Modi to the poll-bound Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday. China said that it would lodge a diplomatic protest with India. Prime Minister Modi had addressed a rally in the state's capital and also inaugurated the Dorjee Khandu state convention centre.
