The City of Joy, Kolkata, is all set to welcome India’s first underground water metro line. The February 13 event will witness the inauguration of the elevated portion by Railways Minister Piyush Goyal and not the underwater route. Meanwhile, controversy erupted after CM Mamata Banerjee was not invited for the event.
