CM Nitish Kumar announces alcohol ban in Bihar from April 2016

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced today that alcohol will be banned in the state from April 2016. The CM has however, not made it clear whether the ban will be confined to country liquor only or will include all alcohol.
