Patanjali to launch Ayurvedic medicine ‘Coronil’ to treat coronavirus

Yoga guru Ramdev-run Patanjali Ayurved will launch an Ayurvedic medicine, Coronil, to help treat the novel coronavirus infection on Tuesday at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Earlier this month, Patanjali’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Acharya Balkrishna, had claimed that the company has found a cure for COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.Baba Ramdev had revealed that COVID-19 patients who were given Coronil - which is made from a mixture of Ashwagandha, Giloy and Tulsi - showed 100 per cent recovery rate.
