Encephalitis fever in Bihar: Youth Congress workers stage protest

Youth Congress workers staged protest over health crisis in Bihar due to outbreak of encephalitis fever in Delhi. They marched to gherao the residence of Home Minister but police stopped them. Many protesters have been arrested by police. Watch the full report.
