Flood in Bihar and Assam, millions of people affected

In Assam, 27 lakh 80 thousand people have been directly affected by the floods. Floods have killed 96 people and affected over 30,000 houses in the state. On the other hand, lakhs of people in Bihar have also been affected by the floods.
