A video of Katihar MP Dulal Chandra Goswami has gone viral on social media in which he can be seen making people understand the arithmetic of vote. In the wake of flood, people approached the MP for help to which Goswami responded, “If you make me victorious for the sixth time, I will undertake development works for you.”
