Headlines of the Hour: Hit by van, security guard dies on road writhing in pain

A security guard who was badly injured after being hit by a delivery van today died on the road in west Delhi’s Hari Nagar area but no one came to his help despite several passersby seeing him writhing in pain and one of them even went near him to take away his mobile phone, police said.
