Himachal, Uttarakhand receive fresh snowfall, Ladakh coldest at minus 25 degree Celsius

The cold wave further intensified in Himachal Pradesh with several high-altitude regions in Kullu, Chamba, Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti districts have been receiving fresh snowfall and rain. Higher reaches of Uttarakhand hills also received fresh snowfall while the meteorological department has predicted rainfall in Delhi in the next few days.
