Home Minister Amit Shah pays tribute at National Police Memorial

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday paid tribute at the National Police Memorial to the policemen who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. This came three days after he took oath for the first time as a cabinet minister. On Saturday, Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik briefed Amit Shah about the security situation in the state, which is currently under the President's rule.
