How Delhi thieves managed to steal car when it did not start

A group of thieves stole car in Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar on 12 March. The CCTV footage shows that thieves pushed the car by their own vehicle when the targeted car was not getting started. The owner of the car Nitin Tyagi said that people officials are not scanning all the CCTV footages to nab the accused.
