India prioritises peace, development in South Asia: PM Modi to Imran

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a reply to Imran Khan's letter in which the Pakistani PM had requested to resume talks between both the countries. PM Modi has made it clear that talks and terror can't go together. India has said Pakistan that it seeks peace in the neighborhood and it favours development and prosperity.
