Indian Amry Chief General Bipin Rawat addresses press conference

Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on Friday said that soldiers must raise their grievances internally rather than putting them up on social media.Addressing a press conference Rawat referred to BSF jawan’s video who had complained about poor food quality and near starvation situations faced by the troops.
