Is the Victim Card being played after the riots spread?

Today, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police presented three more chargesheets related to Delhi violence. The most important in this is the charge sheet of the Maujpur Chowk violence in which the Delhi riot poster boy Shahrukh Pathan has been made the main accused. Shahrukh had placed a pistol on Police Constable Deepak Dahiya. Along with this, the Crime Branch has also arrested a person named Khalid Saifi. It is alleged that the same person had held a meeting of Tahir Hussain and Omar Khalid in Shaheen Bagh.
