Jammu and Kashmir: Curfew imposed in Kishtwar as protest intensifies over BJP leader’s killing

Following the killing of Jammu and Kashmir’s BJP state unit secretary Anil Parihar and his brother on Thursday night, locals and residents staged protests against the brutal killing, prompting authorities to imposed curfew in the disturbed area. Anil and his brother Ajeet were returning home from their shop in Kishtwar when unidentified gunmen fired upon from close range at a dark, police said.
