Police in Uttar Pradesh's tense Kasganj arrested Salim, one of the main accused who allegedly fired on Chandan Gupta during the communal clashes on the Republic Day last week. But there are videos going viral on social media, which shows incomplete videos that was captured in the CCTV camera.
