Lucknow Municipal Corporation plays music to shame tax defaulters

The Lucknow Municipal Corporation has come up with an unique idea to collect the house tax from people who have not been paying it for long. A hotel owner had a due of almost 31 lakhs on his head and was not willing to repay it. The Lucknow MNC in response went to the hotel with music band and played music. The owner finally paid his loans.
