Major Leetul Gogoi: I tied man on jeep to save local people

Major Leetul Gogoi who had tied a man to a jeep in Kashmir on Tuesday claimed that he took that action to save local people from stone-pelters. He said that he along with his troops had gone to check the security situation at a polling booth and stone-pelters began throwing petrol bombs at them.
