A man from Sikkim was arrested from Delhi’s Vijay Chowk after he set off two ‘sutli bombs’ at the high-security area, creating a panic around on Wednesday evening. He also threw some pamphlets after bursting the bombs. The man, who is yet to be identified, also shouted "Bharat Mata ki Jai" while being taken to the police custody.
