Minor girl allegedly abducted, raped in Delhi; accused arrested

In yet another blood curdling incident, a minor girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a 24-year-old man in Dwarka Sector 23 area of the national capital region. The six-year-old victim is said to be in an extremely critical condition and shifted to the ICU. The accused has been arrested after police gathered preliminarily information from a CCTV footage.
