Nirbhaya parents protest, meet Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi

Nirbhaya's parents on Tuesday met Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and discussed the issue of Juvenile Justic Act Bill which is pending for passage in Parliament. However, the minister assured that the bill will be discussed and passed in Parliament.
